This Manual is your friend
Nothing beats a book. Even in our fast-paced times, people love books because they’re the perfect way to contemplate and understand a topic. You can also flick through and read a paragraph again and again if you want. You can also take your time and look at the images to fully understand the illustrations. I love exercise books for these reasons and this ebook with 96 key exercises for your holistic workout is what I developed. Intune is complex and simple at the same time. It works with many different systems and has its own philosophy. Another great thing about ebooks is that no paper is needed and no fuel is wasted in delivery.
96 key exercises in one book
Well, I thought 96 is a good number, you can read it upside down or straight and it always remains the same number. No, but seriously, I wanted to create a book with a good variety of exercises, which you can shuffle around and have always new combinations and routines for your workout.

The Intune program consists of four major training principles, which are cardio, strength, flexibility, and relaxation training. In the book, there are 24 exercises for each training principle, which means plenty of choices to design different holistic sessions using a variety of exercises from each of the 4 principles. If you like you can also use the two Intune routines I map out in the back of the book. Each takes 60 minutes, 15 minutes for each training principle. After a full session, you will feel worked out and in tune at the same time.
Holistically on every level
When you do the Intune program, your subtle energy system, like aura and chakras, is activated. The book explains where your attention should go when you do your exercises. For instance, on every image, you can see the location of the chakras and how they can be activated during an exercise.
The design is clear
The images are large and you can see the movements of each exercise through a special design technique with overlays. The accompanying text is short and precise so that you know exactly what to do. I have designed the manual to be user-friendly and easy to work with. My goal is to give people a proper understanding of the Intune exercise program with clear instructions on what to do.
