A great warm-up routine
This is one of my favorite cardio warm-up routines. It’s a relaxed cardio sequence with four easy steps. I do this routine at home or in the park whenever I need a great warm-up. Watch the sequence of movements on the video and go through my instruction chart below.

Activate your lower chakras
You will activate the four lower chakras, which are vital for energy flow. You can see the location of the chakras on the images below and their resonating colors: red, orange, yellow, and green. The cardio warm-up routine takes six minutes. If you follow the step-by-step instructions shown below, repeat every exercise for 15 seconds and then change to the next. Repeat the full sequence of four exercises six times. Keep the pace relaxed, as shown in the video.
6 minutes warm-up routine
step by step
Do each exercise for 15 seconds. Repeat the full sequence 6 times.
You will feel great after doing this 4 exercises for your warm-up.
1. step touch
Keep your legs 2 feet apart. Alternately step and tap your feet to the other side. Move your elbows forward and backward. Feel the energy flow through your legs and lower body. Breathe actively.

2. knee to elbow
Start with your legs 2 feet apart. Alternately lift your knees and lower your opposite elbows. Feel the energy flow through your pelvis. Breathe actively.

3. step back
With your feet hip wide apart and your hands on your hips, alternately step back with one foot whilst pulling the arm on the same side forward and up. Feel the energy flow through your core. Breathe actively.

4. elbow press
With your legs 2 feet apart and your arms raised up sideways, start stepping from side to side whilst bringing your elbows together in front of your chest.
Feel the energy flow through your chest. Breathe actively.
