The basic principles of holistic cardio training
In holistic fitness training, we talk about the body, mind, energy, and soul connection. In short, the holistic workouts target many levels, but we can break it down to the physical and the spiritual. It is good to know what to do to get the most incredible benefits out of your training. When you train regularly, the results will show over time in the area on which you are focussing. The four holistic exercise charts will help you to discover which area you like to work on.
Exercise is a tool to change our energy field and refresh old, stagnant energy with a fresh supply. It is like when you open a window and let fresh air in your house. Same with training. But every type of training or exercise covers a different aspect of yourself and the required energy.
For example, cardio training is a very vigorous and energetic exercise regime. You have to put a lot of energy in, but you get fresh energy in return. There are many physical benefits to cardio training, but also a lot of great spiritual results. (see my blog: the power of cardio training).
Activation of the four lower chakras
The energy entry points are the chakras (see my blog: aura and chakras explained). With cardio training, you are activating the four lower chakras. When you know the positive qualities attached to a specific chakra, you can double the results because you’re putting your mind into the workout and focusing on the area and the energy flow of that specific entry point.
The four lower chakras and their positive qualities are:
- Base chakra – active and powerful
- Sacral chakra – vital and motivated
- Solar plexus chakra – dynamic and assertive
- Heart chakra – generous and confident
The exercise charts
There are four holistic exercise charts, one for each of the four lower chakras. You can find six exercises on each chart. All four charts cover in total 24 exercises. Find the instructions for the exercises in the extensive intune holistic exercise library.
