The season is fully in swing and you can buy them on every corner. And with a pinch of turmeric and one banana, the smoothie is even more tropical and deep in taste and nutrients. It resonates with your sacral chakra and gives you a feeling of satisfaction. If you drink it before your workout, this mango and papaya smoothie gives your body energy and delivers the goodness of the fruits to every cell in your body.

For 2 glasses you will need:

  • 1 mango medium size
  • 2 slice of a medium-size papaya
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 of turmeric powder
  • Natural orange juice.

Slice the mango on each side just past the seed. Scoop out the flesh without breaking the skin. Cut the flesh into pieces and add them with the pieces of the papaya and banana into a blender and fill it up with orange juice. Blend it until it is smooth and add the turmeric and chili powder. Blend again. Pour the smoothie into glasses, let the sunshine and enjoy your mango and papaya smoothie.
