Positive change through exercise

I once had a client who was in great turmoil because she had gone through a divorce two years earlier and felt unattractive, overweight, and weak. While she met another man she really liked, she was unsure whether this man was interested. It was a long journey of physical and spiritual training to convince this woman that she was lovable. But physical exercise motivated her so much that she could transform her belief system. She got the power not just to lose weight but to believe she was lovable. The man thought so too. They became a couple and are still together. There are many stories like this. A positive change by using exercise to connect to your own inner power is possible.

Sick trough negative thoughts

There is an old saying, “You are what you think.” When we’re happy, we radiate good health and contentedness. But when stress comes over us, our physiognomy changes not just on the outside – we appear hassled – but inside too. After a long period of feeling low, even when we don’t admit it to ourselves, the physical body begins to shut down. When you look at how our energy system is structured in our bodies, you can see that the mind and the energy field are one. The good news is, that means you have the power to create balance. You are the creator of your own well-being! The most effective way to clear your aura, retune your chakras, and transform your belief system, is through physical and spiritual practice.

Start to clean up!

Imagine yourself as a house that gets stuffy and dirty from too much sitting, emotional stress, and a poor diet. But when you start to clean up – opening windows, letting fresh air in, taking the garbage out, and giving the place a good sweep and polish – what a feeling! This is what physical exercise does for you. It allows you to clear your aura, which is the energy you exude, by retuning your chakras, which are the energy points within your consciousness. Through emotions, the chakras become activated and draw pure unprocessed energy into the layers of your energy system. Negative or congested energy is pulled out, and depleted energy is renewed. Once you transform your belief system through physical and spiritual practice, you’ll feel both invigorated and at peace.

Good food is mega important

It’s not only mental or emotional beliefs that block energy flow: poor diet and too much sitting around also weaken you and your self-esteem. One of my clients worked in an office and ate fast-food regularly. His face was gray, and his skin showed low blood circulation and, he had no energy left. He could hardly concentrate on his work. Unsurprisingly his self-esteem had gone downhill, and he knew he had to get help. After one month’s physical training, a new diet, and spiritual motivation, he transformed himself into a new man. Physical and spiritual work go hand-in-hand.
