There are many great recipes and food blogs on simple foods out there, and I admire everybody who puts their knowledge on the web to make our lives better.

My goal with this blog is to show a way of simple thinking regarding food and exercise. Many things are common sense these days, and they really work.

If you eat well, you feel and look great!

Food is one of the ‘ feel-good’ pillars in our life. We can’t work around this fact. It is our fuel and our ticket to feeling good and looking healthy.

If you exercise, you feel healthy and look fit!

Simple as that, same thing. Exercise has the same ‘ feel-good ’ factor as food. But both have to be done regularly.

That’s why we need it simple!

When I think of the beginning, when I discovered healthy food, it was like a whole new world for me, but t needs some time to understand the basics.
The best way to learn is step by step with simple and basic foods.

Exercise and food go hand in hand. Some training types require different food than others. But in general, an overall healthy and simple diet works for all training types. Here are basic foods which are easy to prepare.!

  • Cheese, Fish, Joghurt, Tofu
  • Salad, Avocado, Vegetables
  • Banana, Apple, and other fruits
  • Oliveoil
  • Chocolate


Combine protein, carbs & fats

All three are the building blogs of our body and very important. They provide your energy. Try to understand them, and it makes it easier to choose the right foods.
