Requirements
In awe and One with all are two crown chakra exercises in a sitting position. They are comfortable poses, and everybody can do them.
Outcome physical
These two practices are techniques to connect to your higher self and the light within. Through comfortable poses, the body relaxes and loosens the inner defend mechanism to identify just with the physical body.
Outcome spiritual
These two exercises harmonize the emotional body, which is part of your aura. Once you let go of all pressure, you will feel a deep emotional relief. Your body will calm down and connect to your soul on a profound and pressure-free level through comfortable standing poses.
Best ways to do
Beginner Circuit: Alternate 15-30 seconds of In awe and One with all for 3 circuits.
Relaxation Circuit: Alternate 15-30 seconds of each activity with other relaxation exercises such as Praying, Insight, Connecting to heaven, and Grateful to spirit.
Relaxation/Flexibility Circuit: Alternate 15-30 seconds of these two exercises with flexibility exercises, such as Sitting forward bend, Forward bend, Feet to sky stretch, and Prone spine stretch.
Guidance
1. One with all
Sit down in a lotus position. Close your eyes. Slowly lower your head towards your chest. Your hands are resting in your lap. Feel deeply connected. Gently breathe.

2. In awe
Sit down in a lotus position. Close your eyes and bend slowly forward taking your chin to your chest. Place your elbows on the ground. Feel deep in awe. Gently breathe.
