Gazing at the stars and Flow of the river are two standing third eye chakra exercises. They are comfortable poses, and everybody can do them.

These two practices are techniques to explore and visualize the images inside of you. Through soft movements, the body relaxes and loosens the inner defend mechanism to see the world just with your physical eyes.

These two exercises harmonize the emotional body, which is part of your aura. Once you let go of all pressure, you will feel a deep emotional relief. Through the soft movements, your body will calm down and connect to your soul on a profound and pressure-free level.
Best ways to do
Beginner Circuit: Alternate 15-30 seconds of Gazing at the stars and Flow of the river for 3 circuits.
Relaxation Circuit: Alternate 15-30 seconds of each activity with other relaxation exercises such as Having visions, Smiling at the moon, Going deep inside, and Floating on water.
Relaxation/Flexibility Circuit: Alternate 15-30 seconds of these two exercises with flexibility exercises, such as Balance horizontal, Balance vertical, One leg squat, and Half headstand.
Guidance
1. Gazing at the stars
Stand with your legs 2 feet apart and look up. Take one arm to draw little circles in the air. Gently sway to the other side and repeat with the other arm. Visualize the beauty of the stars. Gently breathe.

2. Flow of the river
Stand with your legs 2 feet apart and close your eyes. Slowly bend forward and softly bob up and down, doing a touching movement. Visualize the flow of the river. Alternate the sides. Feel the freshness and flow of the river. Gently breathe.
