Best ways to do
Beginner Circuit: Alternate 15-30 seconds of Floating on water and Smiling at the moon for 3 circuits.
Relaxation Circuit: Alternate 15-30 seconds of each activity with other relaxation exercises such as Having visions, Flow of the river, Going deep inside, and Gazing at the stars.
Relaxation/Flexibility Circuit: Alternate 15-30 seconds of these two exercises with flexibility exercises, such as Balance horizontal, Balance vertical, One leg squat, and Half headstand.
Guidance
1. Floating on water
Lay down on your back with your eyes closed. Let your feet fall apart and your arms lay relaxed on the ground. Visualize gently floating on water. Gently breathe.

- Relax your shoulders
- Relax your lower back
- Your feet are falling apart

2. Smiling at the moon
Lay down on your back with eyes closed. Take one leg and place it over the other. Turn your head in the opposite direction. Feel surrounded by the light of the moon. Change sides. Gently breathe.

- Softly twist your head
- Relax the twisted leg
