Basic exercises for opening up to the inner voice
Exercises: Painting the sky blue and Feeling blue
Training type: Relaxation Training
Element: Water
Chakra: Throat Chakra Exercises
Subtle body: Emotional Body
Requirements
Painting the sky blue and Feeling blue are two standing throat chakra exercises. They are comfortable poses, and everybody can do them.
Outcome physical
These two practices are techniques to relax and harmonize the neck section. Through a soft pose, the body relaxes and loosens the inner defend mechanism, which tightens the neck and throat.
Outcome spiritual
These two throat chakra exercises harmonize the emotional body, which is part of your aura. Once you let go of all pressure, you will feel a deep emotional relief. Through the soft poses, your body will calm down and connect to your soul on a profound and pressure-free level.
