Requirements
Side to side and Arms roll are exercises that are easy to do. They are both medium-fast and need no coordination skills. You can do them anywhere you have space. Both are low-impact exercises, and your joints will be okay.

They are medium challenging aerobic activities. They are great to open up the chest and loosen up the shoulder joints. If you do them regularly, you can increase your mobility and movement control.

Best ways to do
In a Beginner Circuit: Alternate 10-30 seconds of Side to side and Arms roll for
5-10 circuits. Gradually work up to longer sessions.
In a Cardio Circuit: Alternate 30-60 seconds of these activities with other cardio exercises such as Shoulder shake, Arms high, Elbow press, and Hand press.
In a Cardio/Strength Circuit: Alternate 30-60 seconds of these two exercises with strength exercises, such as Bridge dip, Push-ups, Triceps kickbacks, and, Standing-ups.

Guidance
1. Side to side
With legs 2 feet apart, alternately twist to both sides while bringing your opposite arm up and forward. Feel the energy flow through your chest. Breathe actively.

2. Arms roll
With feet, hipwide apart, tap your toes alternately. With your arms sideways up and your hands on your shoulders, rotate your shoulders back and forth. Change directions of rotation. Feel the energy flow through your chest. Breathe actively.
