Basic exercises for fine-tuning
Exercises: Arms cross and Boxing
Training type: Cardio Training
Element: Fire
Chakra: Solar Plexus Chakra Activation
Subtle body: Energetic Body
Requirements
These two exercises are medium challenging. They are both fast movements and need coordination skills but in a playful way. You can do them anywhere you have space. Both are low impact exercises, and your joints will be okay.
Outcome physical
Arms cross and Boxing are two high energetic exercises. They require a lot of energy because you have to alternate and coordinate movements, which require attention and energy. The body burns many calories when you give power to the exercises. If you do them regularly, you can increase your fine-tuning and endurance.
Outcome spiritual:
These two exercises have a significant impact on your subtle energy system. The energetic body gets charged up with fast movements, and you will feel this energy immediately. They are also great for solar plexus chakra activation because they work energetically in the upper stomach area. They have an enormous impact on your personality! After some time, you will feel ready to go and alert in many ways.
Best ways to do
In a Beginner Circuit: Alternate 10-30 seconds of Arms cross with Boxing for 5-10 circuits. Gradually work up to longer sessions.
