Great green healing smoothie for
body, mind, and soul

The green smoothie has the color of health, healing, nature, and many vegetables. Green vegetables have special properties, like vitamins and antioxidants (protection of cell damage). Spinach is a source of iron, which the blood needs to transport oxygen.

All that sounds great for people who work out and everyone needs oxygen circulation in the blood and a healthy cell structure. This is a green pre-workout smoothie and I used almost only green ingredients like spinach, celery leaves, green melon, mint, and coriander. I added one banana for the taste and to give you energy. This smoothie relates to your heart chakra and has healing qualities.

Great green healing smoothie for 
body, mind, and soul

For 2 glasses you will need:

  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • ¼ of a medium green melon (French Charentais)
  • 1 handful of celery leaves
  • 1 small banana
  • 5 mint leaves
  • ½ bunch of fresh coriander
  • Natural ananas juice 

Cut the melon into pieces, put them in the blender with the banana and add the spinach, celery, mint, and coriander leaves. Fill up with the ananas juice until it is covered. Start the mix button, and voila! Here you go with your glass of green healing protection.
